1. Introduction

Welcome to SquashHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SquashHub platform ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using SquashHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Service

SquashHub provides a tournament management platform for squash events. You may use our service to:

• Organize and manage squash tournaments
• Register as a player for tournaments
• View live scores, brackets, and results
• Process tournament entry fee payments

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Tournaments

Tournament organizers are responsible for the management and conduct of their events. SquashHub provides the tools to facilitate tournament operations but is not responsible for the organization, scheduling, or outcomes of any tournament. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when hosting events. Players participate in tournaments at their own discretion and risk.

5. Payments

Tournament entry fees are set by the respective organizers. All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through our payment partners. SquashHub facilitates payment collection on behalf of organizers but is not responsible for refund policies, which are determined by each organizer. Subscription fees for organizer plans are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

SquashHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquashHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of SquashHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
