Questions
- Do players have to pay?
- SquashHub does not charge players for an account, live scores, results, a profile or the rankings. A tournament can have its own entry fee, set by its organiser and shown before you enter. Pro and Advanced add analytics on top.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From matches played in public tournaments on SquashHub. Point-by-point stats are only available for matches a referee scored rally by rally in the app; results and head-to-heads cover every recorded match.
- How do I see my own report?
- Sign in and open Analytics. Your report opens by itself when your account is linked to your tournament entries; otherwise search for your name, which uses one of your monthly report views.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Use Manage Subscription on your billing page to change or cancel your plan.
